We are urgently recruiting for a HR Consultant.
Will be responsible for the development and on-going review of HR policies and procedures
Must be self-motivated and disciplined.

Requirements:

• Matric
• HR Degree or Diploma
• Previous Human Resources experience
• Conflict and change management experience
• Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, E-mail and Internet Explorer.

Duties:

• Assist employees and management with HR/IR queries
• Assist with salary and commission queries
• Be fully responsible for policy and procedure outcomes and deliverables
• Monitor attendance registers and corresponding leave application forms
• IOD
• Assist Payroll with adhoc duties
• Provide adhoc support to the HRM
