Our Client within the Call Centre Industry are currently seeking a HR Consultant

Degree or 3 year Diploma
Preferably a Bcomm or HR degree
Minimum of matric maths
English and Afrikaans

10 years working experience in a pressurised environment
Management experience
Proven track record of HR experience
Have an excellent understanding and experience of HR responsibilities in a target driven, fast paced environment.

Be an integral member of the HR team.
Handle various HR administrative functions.
Be involved in checking of payroll.
Understand the legal side of HR for the mutual benefit of the company and staff.
Implement and run with various employee initiatives.
Represent the business in staff liaison.
Represent the business professionally, honestly and with integrity.
