Large luxury hotel in Sandton requires a HR Coordinator to assist with administration of the Human Resources and Training function for this Hotel, will manages all administrative aspects of the entire employee life cycle from recruitment through development and to termination. The candidate must be fully familiarized with all hotel and company policies, as well as hotel programmes, participate in company and hotel induction and refresher programmes, demonstrate exceptional level of professionalism, maturity and emotional intelligence at all times, assists with all admin aspects of recruitment, selection, appointment, administrative, performance management, management of misconduct, grievance management and termination of service according to standard operating procedures, actively assists with the filling of all vacancies, facilitates the identification and meeting of employee training needs in conjunction with other HOD’s, Coordinate and plan internal and external training activities.Requirments:Grade 12 Tertiary Qualification in Human Resources Management or Hospitality ManagementAt least 3 years hospitality experience At least 2 years HR Administration experiencePlease send a recent picture and written references with your application
