This is a fantastic opportunity for a HR Development Superintendent to develop, implement and monitor the social and labour plan including, succession planning, core and portable skills, learnership programmes, bursary schemes, mentoring programmes and employee housing and supervise training the budgetary process. Ideally you will have a Postgraduate Degree in Industrial Psychology/HRD. A minimum of 8 years experience in a HRD role in a mining environment is essential.
