We are seeking a Skilled HR Factory Manager to join our Manufacturing Company in Benoni.

Experience Required:

• Maintain and improve current HR Policies and Procedures.
• Maintain full HR responsible for the Factory Staff. (130 – 160 person)
• Maintain accurate records with regards to HR and Payroll Administration, Leave Forms, Sick Notes and Doctors Notes, Maternity Leave, Timesheets and Hours.  Making timeous submission of the above.
• Assist payroll with queries and general enquires.
• Maintain and handle disciplinary procedures on behalf of the Company from minor to medium offences and misconduct.
• Handle grievances and internal politics.
• Handle WCA and BEE on behalf of the Company.
• Handle the Bargaining Councils and negotiations with Unions.  SEIFSA, GIWUSA, NUMSA  and the Wholesale and Retail Union and the Metal Industry.
• Job grading, performance evaluation and succession planning.
• Monitor KPI’s and ensure that the companies standards and expectations are met and adhered to.
• Handle Recruitment; training and organizational development.
• Adhoc tasks.

Requirements:

• HR Management experience.
• Relevant HR Qualification would be an advantage.
• Strong management experience.
• Deal with unions and labour matters.
