LOCATION: Cullinan 30KM outside of Pretoria
SALARY: R25K – R35K per month (This is a TCTC package, no benefits) + Discretionary Performance bonus

COMMENCEMENT: ASAP

Provide HR service and product delivery support in achieving objectives set according to the company’s HR Strategy.

REQUIREMENTS:
• MUST have own transport
• MUST be fluent in Afrikaans
• Hours: 7AM – 4PM / 7:30 AM – 16:30PM
• B Comm HR Management Degree
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience
• Extensive VIP People experience
• Microsoft Office (Excel very important)
• Adapting and Responding to Change

HR Information Management

• Capture and check all relevant information of new employees on the system.
• Maintenance of HR Information System.
• Create new reports on HR Information system to ensure accurate reporting.
• Conducting Systems Audits as per the required timelines.
• Maintain Employee Personal files and ensure they are kept up to date.
• Ensure employee files are kept safe through implementing safety measures.
• Ensure general housekeeping of HR Information Systems

HR Reports

• Compiling weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual HR reports as required.
• Providing relevant information per requests received to internal customers.
• Assist with all necessary legal reporting including but not limited to EE Reporting; WSP; ATR etc.

HR Processes

• Provide support to the HR Manager in developing, implementing and reviewing all HR objectives as set according to the HR Strategy.
• Facilitate, administer and conduct the engagement process.
• Facilitate, administer and conduct termination process.
• Administer the Recruitment process and ensure adherence to the policy at all times.
• Administer the Performance Management processes.
• Administer staff movements and promotions.
• Administer IDP forms and file accordingly.
• Assist in capture transactions on Budget reconciliation as and when required to do so.
• Oversee HR Operational consumables and Stationary requests.
• Responsible for weekly and monthly payroll input

• Assist with disciplinary action i.e. hearings, warnings etc.
