Responsibilities:

The person will be responsible to manage the effective day-to-day HR operations in respect of the administration of the Company’s policies, procedures and programs; ensure personnel files are in compliance with legislative requirements; Recruitment & Selection, Induction and on boarding of new staff, IR consulting; responsible in administering the payroll, dealing with payroll queries etc.

 Job Specification:

• Must have a Grade 12
• Must have a National Diploma/Degree in HR
• Must have experience as an HR Officer in the Manufacturing environment
• Must have excellent knowledge of the Labour Law;
• Must have knowledge of basic Human Resources processes and principles;

 Competencies required:

•  Must have excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills;
• Must have analytical and problem solving skills;
• Must be service oriented and professional;
• Confidentiality and integrity;
• Time management and prioritization: planning and follow-up skills, as well as meeting deadlines.
