Seeking 2 x HR Generalists for a well-known international Logistic's Supply Chain Company in Pretoria to be on site of a huge client.

Qualification/Requirements:

HR/Psychology/Degree level
Minimum 5 years experience in a HR management position
Experience in a Warehousing / Logistics environment
Deal with IR issues and represent the company at disciplinaries, chair hearings; provide up-to-date labour relations information to management

Strong recruitment skills

Sensitivity to people issues
Comprehensive Industrial Relations and all HR related legislation knowledge

5+ years in a HR and IR management role of a business with more than 200 employees
