HR Generalist IMMEDIATE START!

Local Head Office of an International organisation is looking for a HR Generalist with solid all round experience to join their team.
Responsibilities include the entire employment lifecycle, including Payroll, Employee Relations, Health & Safety, all HR related administrative responsibilities as well as reporting regarding BEE, WSP, EE.

This position will suit a bright individual with a can-do attitude. Someone with a passion to do things right first time, every time. A person with a well-developed sense of work ethic who can deal with sensitive manners in a professional manner, prizes confidentiality and can operate as a link between operational employees and management.

Requirements:
Competed Tertiary Qualification in HR
At least 5 years’ experience as a generalist HR Practitioner
Experience in the full function payroll administration on VIP
Own reliable transport and ability to travel nationally when required
