The BGR Pyper Turner Incorporated is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join their teams of professionals. If you have lots of energy, great people skills and enjoy solving employee issues, then this position is for you.

Primary objective:
Reporting to the directors - you will be responsible for providing employment related advice, support and human resource administration, as well as overseeing procedures and practices at an operational level.

Job specifications:
Office bound
Half day position - maximum of 25 hours a week Monday - Friday (5 hours a day)

Competency Requirements:
Must have a Bcom HRM degree or equivalent
Must preferably have HR experience within a Auditing firm – should be familiar with SAICA/SAIPA regulations and FASSET, TCMS, Greatsoft, LTS systems
Previous experience with ESS and VIP systems will be to your advantage
Must have at least 2 to 3 years’ experience as HR Generalist

Primary Outcomes:

• Recruitment: Responsible for the whole recruitment process for all personnel, but focusing on recruitment of students wanting to become
SAICA/SAIPA trainees.
• On-boarding program: Planning and managing the inductions week for all new trainees and personnel.
Administrating the registrations of new trainee accountants at IRBA and SAIPA.
Handling of all other administration pertaining to new recruits.
• Payroll Administration: Leave recons, termination administration and uploading of new employees on relevant payroll and leave systems.
• Annual Reporting: Responsible for Annual SDL and FASSET grant submissions.
• Performance Appraisal: Administrating and managing the performance assessment process. Drafting of KPA & KPI's.
• Labour Relations: Ensure that firm complies with all regulations, agreements, policies and procedures. Maintaining sound Employee
Relations between management and personnel.
• Training and Development: Responsible for managing and administrating the companies training program and schedules.
• General Administration: Provide assistance in social events planning and team building activities. Any ad hoc tasks assigned by directors.
