Our Client, is seeking the services of a HR Generalist to start as soon as possible in Hartbeespoort.

Qualifications & Experience:

B Degree or 3-year National Diploma in Human Resources
Minimum 5 years' HR generalist experience, of which 3 years should have been at Snr HR Officer level (Supervisory)
Code EB Driver's License
Computer Literate (MS Office Suite) - with advanced Excel proficiency
Extensive knowledge of applicable legislation: BCEA, EE, LRA, Skills Development
Proven knowledge and experience on HR systems

Duties will include:

Provide support to the HR Manager and all stakeholders on the Operation
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
Implement the HR business strategy by devising operating systems, procedures, processes and assurances
Ensure a high level of accuracy and integrity of HR information
Ensure application and compliance to Company policies, procedures and legislative requirements
Ensure data integrity on all HR information systems and ensure that HR administration is applied effectively
Manage the recruitment and selection process – including labour forecasting and control processes
Manage HR benefit administration ensuring effective and efficient communication to all employees
Ensure the compensation management strategy is applied and adhered to
Ensure that subordinates have the necessary skills to fulfil their duties
Ensure documentation and input complies with financial and audit standards
Advise Line Management on relevant legislation, company policies and the impact it bears on conditions of employment
Required to work according to the mine Code of Practice, and report any observations of this not being done
Ensure personal and co-workers ‘adherence and compliance to Security and Company’s SHE
objectives

Quality academic report writing skills
