Quaf Skills Development Facilitator (SDF) ESS.
LR knowledge &/or cert.
Certification in BBBEE scorecard implementation ESS.
3 years’ exp in HRD IN AN INDUSTRIAL ENVIRO ESSENTIAL.
Excellent communication skills .
Sound knowledge of HR principles;practices + administrations.
Co-ordinate & conduct talent attraction & retention processes;
Review, update relevant HR policies, practices & procedures;
Co-ordinate HRD function, including BBBEE elements of HRD;
Compile informative HRD management statistics & reports;
Co-ordinate job profiling company-wide;
Leading high-performance subordinate(s);
Effective cost control.
