Co-ordinating the HR needs of an organisation, including the designation of work, employee selection, training and development, rewards, performance assessment and union management relations. Provide specialised services to staff members, and line managers by supporting the processes and systems related to HR management and practices in the following clusters; Recruitment, Industrial Relations, HR Systems, Policies and Procedures, Learning and Development.
Experience in Supply Chain HR
Communication and Numeracy at NQF Level 4
Computer Literacy
3 years in HR Generalist Role
Training & Development (Skills Development)
Induction
Administration Skills
Communication Skills
Sound Recruitment Knowledge
IT literate; word, excel and PowerPoint
Very good knowledge of IR i.e. Disciplinary hearings, conciliations, arbitrations, Union interaction
NBC knowledge essential
Effective management in a diverse geographic and multi-cultural environment
Professional HR Qualification
3 years in HR Generalist Role
Experience in a Warehousing / Logistics environment
