Human Resources Diploma / Degree.

Hotel experience is essential.

Minimum 4 years Human Resources management experience in 4* Hotels required.

Needs to be familiar with all aspects related to the Human Resources function.

Skills and experience required :
Sound knowledge of the disciplinary code and procedures.
Strong administrative skills.
Computer literate and a knowledge of the VIP payroll system would be a bonus.
Excellent communication and writing skills and be able to deal with different levels of employees.

Presentable candidate who is a strongly people orientated

and has an easy going temperament.
Completely bilingual – a knowledge of any African language would be a bonus.
Own transport and a valid driver’s license.

Salary R 15000.00 - R17000.00 negotiable
