Labour Law, HR or Industrial Psychology Qualification (Degree or Diploma)

3 Years’ experience in labour law, 3 years’ experience in HR Management

HR Experience in Hospitality Industry.

Advanced computer skills in: Word, Excel & PowerPoint

Have a strong foundation and working knowledge of labour law

Timeshare, Reserve and Lodge so needs to have worked with a large workforce – 300 staff,

It needs to be a male candidate (not negotiable) due to our internal structure and the dynamics of our union representatives,

Health & Safety and EE exposure / involvement will be an advantage

Needs to be very strong in Staff Welfare and Training,

High emotional IQ,, EQ and people skills so as to consult with all levels of people in the business

Salary R 18 000-00 p.m. this is live-in position.
