Candidate with relevant tertiary qualification and minimum 5 years Generalist HR experience, preferably in an Accounting & Auditing environment, required to start asap.

Minimum requirements:
• Relevant tertiary qualification required
• Minimum 5 years experience an a Generalist HR role required
• Working knowledge of HR related legislation required
• GreatSoft, VIP, ESS system experience required
• Knowledge of SAICA and SAIPA training modules, assessment processes and contracting regulations preferred
• Basic VIP Payroll knowledge preferred

Responsibilities:
• General HR duties
• HR Advice to Partners
• Management reporting and proposals
• Induction, preparing contracts, letter of offers, onboarding, etc
• Performance management
• Disciplinary hearings, grievances
• HR and salaries budgets
• HR Forum representation
• Exit interviews
• Bi-Annual data analysis of data to HR Partner
• Act as Chairman of OHS Committees
• SAICA and SAIPA registrations
• Medical Aid and Pension Fund administration
• Graduate Recruitment Contract Administration
• Compile Partner CPD hours
• Schedule training as and when required
• Reporting and Compliance – prepare and submit EE Plan to Department of Labour, relevant grant applications to FASSET, Pivot Grant claims for offering learnerships, annual leadership schedules to Partner
• Remuneration and Performance Appraisal Process
• Prepare monthly salary schedule
• Compile salary surveys
• Facilitate performance appraisal process
• Collate information for increase schedules
• Update charge out rate with salary changes
