The role consists of, but is not limited to:
• Recruitment & Selection
• Performance Management
• Legislative and Employment Laws
• HR policy execution and implementation
• Industrial Relations
• Organisational Development
• Training & Development
• Talent Management & Retention
• Payroll Management
• Compensation & Benefits
• Employee Assistance programmes
• Human Resources Reports (EE; WSP, etc.)
• HR Administration

• Ability to multitask
• Knowledge of employment law

Qualifications and Experience:
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources
• Experience as HR Generalist/Manager
