A large manufacturing concern is looking for an experienced HR Manager to head up their human capital department to ensure key business objectives is achieved.
Own and manage the HR plan and model, practise processes and service delivery.
Implement and support an HR strategy and ensure this is implemented throughout the business.
Ensure the delivery of effective HR practices by constantly scanning the external market and identifying, adapting, and implementing change management practices.
Handle all industrial relations matters
Manage the payroll process.
Ensure compliance to policies, procedures, best practise and legislation.
Manage the shift system.
Lead and manage direct and indirect teams.
Relevant Qualification
8 - 10 years experience in a factory/manufacturing environment.
Min 5 years management experience.
Previous experience in the section 189 process and section 197 .
Experience with MEIBC will be an advantage.
