* Setup an HR Strategy
* Drive HR Strategy

HR Practices
* Implement standardised HR Practices
* Align practices to International HQ
* Identify issues in HR practices and fix

IR
* Deal with Staff Morale Issues
* Deal with Unions
* Wage Negotiations

Training
* Analyse Skills Matrix
* Put together skills plans
* Monitor SDL and Merseta
* Oversee Internal Training and Trainers

Recruitment
* Work with External Recruiters to Hire Key Staff
* Ensure that the right people are hired
* Put together a talent pipelining strategy
* Determine critical skills and retention practices
* Meet BEE Targets

Performance Management
* Setup performance management systems
* Link performance to pay and bonuses
