A well-established organisation in Drakensberg is seeking a HR Manager to join their team. Salary is highly negotiable depending on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Must have matric
• A Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management
• 3 – 5 years working experience in working as a HR Manager
• Excellent communication skills in English and Zulu both written and oral
• 2 – 3 years’ experience in the Hospitality Industry
• Knowledge in Labour Laws are necessary

Key Performance Areas:

• Conducting IR practices and issues
• Conducting investigations for disciplinary enquiries of hearings
• Handling CCMA cases and meetings
• Providing recruitment services
• Conducting assessments
• Handling the induction process
• Handling Staff enquiries
• Conducting staff meetings
• Compiling HR Reports
• Compiling advisory to line and in-depth understanding of all policies, procedures, and related procedures
• Driving and implement strategic human resources initiatives supporting the business strategy’s strategic plans
• Crafting, Co-ordinating and implementing the skills development plan
• Designing employment equity plans in line with strategic business plan
• Contributing, interpreting and analyzing relevant HR information for managing decisions
• Promoting and facilitating team processes including day-to-day functioning of the HR team
• Ensuring fair, consisting standard and disciplines within all departments of the business
• Contribution in the development and execution in divisional HR strategy and plans
• Capturing information and managing junior staff VIP and Payroll
• Dealing with various provident funds and facilitating early retirement and disability grants
• Strong administration skills
• Be able to handle a lot of skills at once
• Excellent negotiation and consulting skills
• Good ability to grasp business issues
• Leadership skills with sound ability in problem solving and conflict resolution

Remuneration:

Salary is highly negotiable depending on qualifications and experience.
