Skills & Experience
• Relevant tertiary degree or diploma.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
• Good computer skills in microsoft officesuite.
• Effective communication & management skills.
• Understanding of finance, e.g budgets, financial statements.
• Extensive knowledge & understanding of remuneration packages.
• Strategic initiative.
• Excellent knowledge of all relevant legislation, e.g. LRA, BCEA, UIF, SDA, EEA & Income Tax Act.
• Fully conversant with employee benefits.
