This is a fantastic opportunity for a HR Manager to ensure effective coordination of the workforce planning, change status and exit processes, ensure the implementation and monitoring of performance management, responsible for the coordination of the Talent and Transformation initiatives and the BBBEE verification process and management of the relevant HRIS. Ideally you will have a HR Honours Degree related to Human Resources. A minimum of 8 years experience in a engineering environment is essential.
