Our company is a leading luxury brand within the spa and wellness industry. We have spa and retail stores within our portfolio as well as external clients locally and internationally. There is an opportunity of an HR manager position.

The position requires the HR manager to perform duties in the following areas:
* recruitment of staff across the company portfolio
* performance reviews
* development programmes and empowerment strategies
* disputes (internal and CCMA)
* a solid knowledge of South African labor law
* process pay-roll
* knowledge of hair dressing and bargaining consul is a bonus, but not necessary

3 - 5 years experience, Must have a degree in HR
