To manage the full spectrum of the human resources function and fulfill the role of strategic business partner to line management. Maintain and ensure constant adherance and consistent application of all HR policies. Continuously review practices with a view to improvement and build a sustainable human resources function in line wih the Group’s strategy. To recruit, grow, develop and retain skills needed.

Qualifications / Experience
Matric / Grade 12
A relevant HRM / HRD qualification
At least 5 years experience in the Human Resource profession
At least 2-3 years experience at junior-middle management level

Knowledge
Applicable Acts, Regulations, Sectoral and bargaining council agreements in terms of the LRA Skills
Competent levels of computer literacy

KEY OUTPUTS
Provide management with strategic support in terms of effective utilisation of its available human resources
Audit and provide interventions/awareness drives wrt HR policy compliance
Act on management behalf with regards to organised labour.
Arrange, facilitate and record meetings with unions & other stakeholders
HR Management
Implement monitor and maintain the HR strategy in collaboration with the Group HR Manager
Implement and manage the HR plan
Compile annual HR operations budget and manage accordingly within parameters.
Analyse compliance with all HR policies and provide interventions & awareness initiatives.
Assist line management to analyse HR issues and provide solutions to ensure continuous improvement and interventions to increase employee performance.
Ensure a positive employee climate by effectively managing all conflict on individual as well as collective level.

Induction and retention programs to ensure understanding of the company culture and business operations, as well as compliance with company policies.
Ensure Legal compliance on all levels.
Identify and manage HR risks.
Consolidate HR reporting on all relevant financial and HR matters.
Ensure policies and procedures with regards to all Human Resources policies, procedure are excecuted according to company standards and within accepted time frames.
Manage remuneration and benefits including payroll, Provident funds, etc.
Represent division at all CCMA and BC with disputes or any other litigation issues
