Key Requirements:
- Previous opening experience
- Relevant Qualification in Human Resources
- Training experience
- Previous recruiting experience

Key Outputs:
- To compile and ensure compliance of company policies and procedures
- To draw up all contracts
- To provide feedback and assistance to management and staff
- All training and staff welfare
- Recruiting
- Budgeting
- All disciplinary hearings including CCMA cases
- Payroll
