This is a fantastic opportunity for a HR Manager to manage Budget Control, Organisation Structure, Payroll, HR Policies and Procedures, Plan, Recruit and Select staff, Develop Staff Competencies, Staff Relations and Wellness, ensure that disciplinary action taken is consistent and fair and procedural correct, People Management, as well as Customer Satisfaction. Ideally you will have a HR Management/ Industrial Psychology Honours Degree. A minimum of 8 years experience as a HR Generalist in a manufacturing environment is essential.
