Human Resource Manager

Established Manufacturing Concern has a position open for a new HR Manager. This position requires a person who has the ability to interact and communicate with all levels of staff and can contribute to a positive Company culture. You will also need to be able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and able to handle complex projects and situations simultaneously.

** Please note that preference will be given to EE Candidates **

Requirements:
• Grade 12
• HR Management Tertiary qualification
• LabourNET experience – preferable
• Experience with Payroll processing & HR information system maintenance
• Proven experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience within a Metal or Plastic Manufacturing as an HR Manager
• Must be able to develop strong relationships at an Exec level, influencing people to reach targets and promoting the HR culture at the plant
• Must have experience and knowledge of dealing with the Metal Industries Bargaining Council Main Agreement
• Must have experience in dealing with Unions and addressing complex labour issues
• Sound knowledge and of relevant labour legislation
