We are currently looking for an HR Manager to be based at our Centurion office.

- You will be responsible for interpreting and translating the HR strategy into a tactical plan by delivering end to end HR solutions as a strategic partner to the Lines of Business
- Translate the HR strategy into tactical plans for the business
- Leadership and Culture
- Remuneration and Benefits management
- HR Premier and VIP payroll
- Budget and Cost management
-Customer service and relationship management
- HR Process Management
- Ensure adherence to Human Capital processes, procedures, systems and policies
- To assist line managers in the implementation of all HR policies and procedures
- To assess the Line of Business needs and recommend/provide relevant Interventions
- To provide an HR end to end service to the Lines of business (Talent Attraction, Learning and Development, Performance Management, Employee
Relations, Organisational Development, Succession Planning, and Employee Wellness)
- To ensure compliance with HR policies and relevant legislation
- Strong Focus on performance management and talent development
- Drive the implementation of the company transformation strategy, especially the areas of employment equity and skills development
- Ensure all BBBEE requirements are met, as per the MICT Charter
- Manage Health and Safety and ensure all regulations are adhered to
- Manage the medical aid memberships and queries
-Responsible for all the African and Mauritius HR requirements
- Manage the Admin Department
- Responsible for all Industrial Relations actions within all branches

Education & Experience
-Min 2-3 years’ experience as a HR manager in a medium sized business / business unit (essential)
-Solid understanding of SA HR Legislation
-CCMA (conciliation / arbitration) experience
-Experience in the design and implementation of talent management, employee retention and engagement strategies (essential)
3-year DEGREE / National Diploma in HR is essential

Technical Competencies:
-Knowledge of Ms Office Package (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Ms -Project and Visio)
-HR Premier and VIP Payroll
-Interviewing skills are essential.
-Research skill is essential
