As HR Manager you will be responsible for maintaining discipline by using the Company’s Disciplinary code and procedures, as well as attending to all grievances. You will be responsible to ensure that the staff is informed of changes that affect them with regard to Company policies.

THE COMPANY:

Our client is a National well known company within the Cleaning Industry in South Africa. They are expanding at an unbelievable rate which provides their staff with growth opportunities.

THE POSITION:

We’re looking for top calibre candidates with min of 5 year HR Managerial experience.
You will be responsible to ensure that wage input is checked and signed off and are submitted monthly to the head of operations manager for authorization by the 14th of every month. The frequency of he submission of the wage schedules may alter at any time and this new frequency must the be followed.

THE BENEFITS:

• Basic Salary R33 000 (depending on experience)
• Pension.

THE LOCATION:

We’re looking for ideal candidate to join the Team in Pretoria Head Office.

THE REQUIREMENTS:

• Must Reside in or around the Pretoria area.
• Must have Clean Criminal Record.
• Must have min of 5+ years experience in a wash-bay environment.
• Must have a Relevant HR/Industrial Psychology or relate qualification
• Building maintenance experience will be an advantage.
• Must have contactable Reference.
• Must have a valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle and be willing to work shifts.
• ISO 9001 Health and Safety standards must be adhered to.
• Basic IR experience.
• Exposure to cleaning industry an advantageous.
• High level MS Excel, Word, VIP essential.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Performance management & improvement systems
• Organization development, Policy development & documentation and Employee Relations.
• Compensation & benefit administration
• Employee safety, welfare, wellness & health (OHS).
• All Human Resources Administration, VIP payroll Administration & Pension fund Administration
• IR function, recruiting of staff, Skills development plan, HR reports and Developing of HR structure
