Key Outputs

Contribute to the business strategy by supporting line managers to identify and build organizational capabilities
Provide reliable HR advisory services to internal clients
Drive compliance by ensuring that HR legislations, processes and procedures are adhered to
Support line managers in forecasting and planning their talent pipeline requirements
Identify key competencies needed to support the business and ensure appropriate training and development is available to meet business needs
Facilitate long-term initiatives aligned with the business strategic agenda
Provide expert advice and coaching to senior leaders and managers on HR matters
Oversee the Skills Development and EE forums
Facilitate training interventions
Submit all statutory reports
Manage recruitment needs of the manufacturing plant
Represent the company at Bargaining council and CCMA
Investigate cases i.e disciplinary, poor work performance, incapacity
Manage disciplinary matters
Drive employee wellness interventions
Drive HR projects
Manage OD projects

Requirements

· Own car

· Valid driver's

· Strong IR experience (this will be tested)

· National Diploma HRM/BTech HRM

· 6 to 8 years' experience as an HR professional

· 3 years managerial experience

· Manufacturing background


Preference will be given to EE candidates.
