Job Description:

Be responsible for the successful execution of the whole HR function: Attract, Develop, Engage and Retain
Strong driving force to implement and manage HR systems including administration and analyses of HR metrics with a view to continuous improvement and best practices
Ensure compliance with regards to relevant employment legislation
Provide specialist support service to management on HR mattersAbility to advise on potential risks and make recommendations in relation to employment matters and claims
Expert on relevant legislation, such as the LRA, OH&S legislation and company code of conduct
Regular personal development with external bodies to ensure awareness of all legislative changes and HR industry trends
Strong communication drive to employees regarding the business strategy and vision
Inspire and motivate team members to achieve performance results
Develop business plans and individual and team development discussions and plans
Demonstrate effective conflict resolution skills
Manage a small team of HR support personnel

Qualifications:

A relevant Human Resources qualification with 5 years related experience backed up by an energetic and pro-active attitude as well as proven managerial skills are required.
