Our client is a fish processing company in Atlantis, Western Cape. The successful candidate should be a qualified Human Resources Manager who will be responsible for the effective functioning of the HR department.

Industrial relations experience including CCMA exposure is very important.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 with mathematics as a subject and a tertiary HR qualification are required.
• Good Word and Excel knowledge/skills.
• Good administrative and interpersonal communication skills.
• Must be able to work in a high pressure, fast pace environment and to meet deadlines.
• Minimum of 5 years of HR Management experience is required; must have knowledge of BCEA and LRA.
• VIP Payroll and Timekeeping experience will be an advantage.
