Our client, Sesli Textiles who is a leading blanket and throw manufacturing company for both the local and international market is looking for a suitably qualified and experienced HR Manager to join their dynamic team.

Main Duties:

To perform a variety of tasks in fulfilling their main responsibility, which is leading an organization’s
HR programs and policies as they apply to employee relation
Compensation, benefits, safety, performance and staffing levels
Supporting the company’s strategic goals may help drive the HR manager’s design, planning and implementation of these programs and policies

Duties and Responsibilities:

HR Administration
Training and development
Recruitment
Retrenchment/Dismissals
Policy and procedures advice
Industrial relations
CCMA & Labour Court
VIP Payroll

Requirements:

Driver’s License and Own Transport
Excellent with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Adept problem solver and decision maker
Attention to detail
Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills
Good IR knowledge & experience
Good in negotiating skills
Must have an assertive personality
Qualification & Experience:

University Degree (Completed)
3 – 5 Years generalist HR Management experience within Retail / Manufacturing / Factory
VIP Payroll (Desirable)
Ms - Office
