HR Management Information Systems (MIS) Analyst - Contract Role

We are currently recruiting for an HR MIS Analyst for a leading banking institution in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will be a strong Analytical individual with solid experience in the financial industry. Your role will be to assist the HRM by providing efficient and effective system administrative support and analysis in terms of people practices, processes and human resources operational requirements for HR system implementation.

You will satisfy the following criteria:

• Must have a completed BCom or BSc degree with numerical and HR/Psychology subjects and achieved good results. Must be strong on HR systems including Payroll systems
• Must have a minimum of 5 years related experience involving Data Analysis and HR Admin with a strong accuracy component including completing EE and Skills reports.
• Must be proficient in MS Word, MS Excel - advanced, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook
• Must have SAP experience (Payroll)
• Must have HR Systems experience
• Database experience would also be a strong advantage

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

• Collaborating with HR/business to define, understand and translate business requirements and needs into streamlined HR processes and systems.
• Ensuring the integrity of the Human Resources Management Information System (HRMIS)
• Being Responsible for the population and integrity of the HRMIS and databases
• Supporting the preparation of HR metrics and reporting for the organisation including detailed monthly and quarterly reports to assist with workforce planning decisions (turnover, absenteeism. training, exit data, staff surveys, recruitment response rates, leave management).
• Analysing HR performance indicators
• Ensuring the highest of data integrity standards and process standardization to ensure consistent reporting.

Location: Successful incumbent will primarily be based in Sandton, Johannesburg, Gauteng.

Duration: 6 Months contract (with possibility of extension)

Must be available to start ASAP.
