Young, different and creative recruitment agency based in Cape Town is looking for an intern to join our team.

The first 3 months the candidate will be on a contract basis.

The candidate will be expected to contact 20 to 30 new clients per day and add them to our database.
5 job leads will be required per month as target.

The candidate will work by themselves, after a week of training, and will be expected to attend weekly update meetings at our office in Milnerton.

The candidate will be paid R2000 basic per month.
Plus a commission of R2000 per job spec closed per month min target of 5 = R10,000 per month total earnings R12,000 per month.

After 3 months should the candidate meet performance requirements the candidate will be promoted to a recruiter and earn a higher basic and greater commission structure.
