Requirements:
Matric plus HR / Industrial Psychology tertiary qualification
Highly computer literate
Minimum of 3 – 5 years’ experience in HR generalist role
Good communication (writer & spoken) skills at all levels
Automotive / manufacturing background will be an added advantage
High levels of confidentiality
Drivers’ licence and own vehicle

Key performance indicators:
Management of the recruitment and selection process
Assist with development and amendment of HR policies and procedures
Recommends employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and maintain high level of employee morale and motivation
Participates in the conduct of investigations when employee complaints or concerns have been brought forth
Advises managers and supervisors about the steps in the progressive discipline system of the company
Councils managers on employment issues to ensure that fair employment practise are exercised
HIV/Aids focal person and employee wellness
Ensure that the company complies with all existing state and labour legislation and government reporting in relation to EEA, SDA, BCEA, WCA and so forth
Maintain minimal company exposure to lawsuits
Tracks and posts EEA data and file reports
