• GRADE 12
• MUST HAVE B.TECH/ B.COMM IN HR MANAGEMENT
• MIN 2 YEARS EXP IN FMCG PREFERABLE POULTRY INDUSTRY
• PROFESSIONAL DEMEANOR
• DEMONSTRATES GOOD BUSINES JUDGEMENT
• ADVANCE LEVEL WRITTEN AND VERBAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS

• Results Required:
• Administer recruitment, selection & engagement of employees at levels T07 and below
• Advise employees and management on HR issues
• Investigate HR administration issues, compile and present possible solutions
• Attend disciplinary and grievance hearings.
• Providing ongoing assistance to the Senior HR Manager for Hartbeespoort Abattoir.
• Participate in the development of HR & IR policies, procedures, systems and process
• Check for compliance, adherence and consistent application of statutory requirements, agreements and procedures by guiding management and employees.
