HR Officer – Call Centre

My client, an established, forward thinking, innovative and successful BPO is seeking to employ an experienced: HR Officer – Call Centre

The Role:
The HR Officer is responsible for maintenance and implementation of HR Policies and Procedures, recruitment and selection, advising on HR matters, general admin, staff induction and termination process and overall people support to Operations.
Main Duties:
Recruitment and Induction
Induction and Orientation
Administration – Payroll
Industrial and Employee Relations
Reporting
Special projects

Qualifying Criteria:
Matric / Grade 12
HR Diploma / Degree
5-6 years experience in a Senior HR Officer role WITHIN A LARGE CORPORATE – Please stipulate workforce numbers on your CV
Must have had at least 4 direct reports
Advanced knowledge of LRA, BCOE, SDA
Advanced MS Suite
Excellent written and spoken command of English
South African Citizen’s ONLY

Salary on Offer:
R25,000 CTC per month - Dependent on experience, plus a substantial annual performance bonus
