My Client is looking for the skills of an HR Officer (6months contract) to provide continuous support within the various areas of Human Resources internally and externally through effective administration, consultation and coordination thereby contributing towards efficiency; excellence and best practice.

Qualifications:

A diploma or degree in Human Resources Administration or Business Administration will be required in order to meet the requirements of the role at the highest level of competence
A labour law qualification would be an advantage.

Knowledge:

Filing System – Employee Dossier
HR processes and procedures
Understanding of training coordination and administration
Computer programme knowledge (MS Office and VIP)

Experience

A minimum of 2 – 3 years of experience is required in the area of HR and Training Administration.
