A tertiary HR qualification plus a minimum of 5 years HR Admin/systems and 5 years IR experience from automotive industry. Must have a thorough understanding of MIBCO LRA BCEA with strong computer skills
Excel/Word with exposure to an HR/Payroll system an advantage. DAP a huge advantage as is payroll experience. Exposure to the CCMA/DRC highly advantageous. The position will focus on but is not limited to HR reporting (headcount/absenteeism) EE& BBBEE, offering advice on IR matters as in handling grievances, appeals, disciplinary enquiries, HR and HR System administration, recruitment, hourly paid job skill grading and employee wellness.
