This is a senior position reporting to the Human Capital Manager the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the total human resources function at the site.

Key Performance Areas:
* Manage total employee life cycle (From recruitment to exit)
* Human resources administration
* Attend to all industrial relations matters in conjunction with the IR Manager
* Monitor and oversee site EE committee
* Attend to and resolve all HR related queries
* Employer trustee for the York Timbers Provident Fund
* Assist trustees with death claim investigations
* Responsible for arranging site specific functions (e.g. long service awards)
* Monthly HR reporting (Recruitment, disciplinary actions, incidents and site statistics)

Requirements:
* Grade 12
* HR Tertiary qualification
* Driver’s License and own transport

Work Experience:
* At least 5 years HR related experience within a manufacturing/production driven environment
* Experience providing IR services to line management
