HR and Payroll Administrator / HR Officer Cape Town Airport Industrial Cape Town

Our Client is looking for an All Rounder in HR Payroll Administration / HR Officer in Cape Town Airport Industrial Cape Town. Need a National Diploma in Human Recourses. If you have obtained a Financial Certificate / Diploma with the HR even better, but not a must. Experience also counts.

Salary Negotiable + Benefits - Provident Fund Included. This is a EE position.

Job Requirements
• Matric with mathematics and accounting
• National Diploma (Human Resources) Added Advantage but will look at overall experience
• Very Administrative and Organise – A MUST!!!!
• 3 years’ relevant experience in HR Administration with some Financial Administration Experience to assist the Financial Director and other staff – Added Advantage
• HR Related Software packages
• Some PASTEL Experience an Added Advantage to assist with some financial administrative duties
• Pastel Payroll - Advanced
• MS Word – Advanced, MS Excel – Intermediate to advanced
• MS PowerPoint – Advanced

Job Requirements
• Full HR Administration to 50 staff members under the supervision of the HR Manager
• Assist with monthly Payroll Duties – 50 Staff Members with 35 Wages staff – PASTEL PAYROLL
• Payroll Administration - Dealing with Leave, Payroll of 40 employees, recruitment, Induction and internal training
• Assist with Financial keeping track of deadlines and capturing payroll onto Pastel Accounting – Added Advantage
• HR Statutory returns - ensuring that all the compliance certification is up to date (COIDA Letters of Good Standing)
• Assist with Financial and HR Audits under the supervision of the Financial Manager
• File/document management including taking responsibility for archiving
• Implement the Strategic Human Resources Plan.
• Deal with all day-to-day HR issues and queries.
• Maintain staff files (Hard copy and electronically)
• Give input and recommendations on HR policies and procedures.
• Staff Evaluations: full responsibility for Coordination and Administration under supervision of the Human Resources Manager
• Assist in the compilation of organization wide Job Descriptions
• Social events: Birthday lists etc.
