HR Officer - Bellville
My client is seeking an HR officer to join their team.
Responsibilities: Provide administrative and general HR support Originate all employee documentation ensuring proper authorization, record and information management thereof Provide support for recruitment and selection through origination of relevant documentation Build a team of suitably skilled labour Ensure availability of accurate and up to date information and employee data through maintenance of appropriate and aligned HRIS systems including record management Create high level employer and HR visibility Create visibility of the company as a caring and empowering employer Ensure successful integration of employees Ensure individual, team and operational performance is at an optimal level through collation and processing of performance management Provide support and advice to enhance employee and line management interface in relation to consistent and fair management and application of all labour relations legislation, processes and issues Enhance employee engagement
Requirements: Matric, 2-4 years experience, Relevant Diploma/degree advantageous, Knowledge of HR and administrative practices and processes Knowledge of HR practices, processes, labour relations Proven track record in HR Management Knowledge of NBCFRLI Preference to BBBEE candidates will be given Able to work overtime when required Client orientated
Salary is negotiable
