One of our clients has a position available for an HR / Payroll Administrator +- 20 minutes from Nelspruit.
Key Requirements for the Position:
• HR Administration - Employment Contracts, Recruitment, Benefits administration, filing, etc.
• Must have done Disciplinary Hearings – No exception
• Must have done CCMA Hearings - No exception
• Full processing of payroll +/- 300 employees Permanent/Temps in and go up to 600. Previous experience in payroll (+/-2 years) a minimum requirement
• Preparing payroll journals, as well as statutory & third party returns
• Assist with Employment Equity & BEE – Previous experience an advantage
• PC Skills required: Minimum requirement: Ms Excel and VIP (the company is currently working on VIP) Pastel Payroll will also be acceptable. Advantage MS Office.
Salary package Offered:
• Basic Salary is highly negotiable accordingly to experience in HR/Payroll and qualifications.
