Job Details
Able to process, capture and maintain multiple VIP payrolls unassisted
Maintains a good filing system
Prepares and maintains various wage data on excel spread sheets
Computer literacy
Able to capture invoices, perform basic reconciliations and general administration
Excellent numeracy and accuracy skills.
Ability to be methodical, diligent, focused and pay special attention to detail.
Good interpersonal skills.
Admin role in payroll (will be required to file and maintain employee files)
High energy level.
High level on integrity
Strong work ethic
Candidate Requirements
Matric
VIP Payroll experience
2 – 3 years in a similar role
MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Credit and Criminal checks will be done
Experience with all Bargaining Councils will be advantageous
Proven ability to communicate and maintain relationships
Ability to work within a team
