• SOUND KNOWLEDGE OF 6 ACT THAT GOVERNS HR INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS
• 3 YEARS EXP IN HR GENERALIST FIELD
• EXP IN MOSOFFICE APPLICATIONS
• GOOD COMMUNICATION SILLS
• CONVEY INFORMATION IN A TRAINING ENVIRONMENT
• ACCURACY AND STRUCTURE TO WORKING WAYS

Responsibilities
Reconciliation and Processing of weekly wages on VIP Payroll System (± 300 employees)
Reconciliation and Processing of PAYE, UIF, MIBCO. Provident. Fund, Medical Fund, Garnishee Orders, Union levies etc.
Prepare and submission of weekly and monthly reports on clocking systems
Prepare and submission of month-end reports payroll reports
Submit all updates and changes to online returns e.g. provident fund, Medical Aid, UIF, PAYE and Discovery
General HR Plant support and advise
Assist the HR Manager in ensuring consistent labour peace at all plants by sustainable, fair and just dealings with all employees
Assist the HR Manager to manage the overall provision and ensure compliance of all Human Resource services, policies, programs and legislation
To ensure that all supplementary functions are run in a smooth and streamlined methodology as well as sustainable enforcement of policies and programs
Ensure Human Resource Targets and objectives to ensure a high performing corporate culture that emphasizes quality, productivity, standards compliance, goal achievement, recruitment and ongoing development of the workforce, continuous improvement, key employee retention and development
Assists and advise Managers and HOD’s about Human Resources issues
Assit the Health & Safety programs
Maintain employee benefits to ensure maximum benefit to the employee and employer
Ensure governmental reporting on behalf of the employer
