HR Qualification (Degree or Diploma)

5 Years’ experience in an HR position

HR Qualification - Bachelor’s (Degree or Diploma)

2-3 Years Recruitment (internal/agent) experience

At least 2 year experience in an HR environment

Intermediate to advanced computer skills

Visio (advantageous)

Experience in dealing with preferred Suppliers

Basic budget experience and negotiation skills to negotiate rates with recruitment agents

Must have worked in a traditional and digital recruitment environment

Excellent PowerPoint, Excel and Words skills

Good communication and writing skills

High IQ and EQ to deal with managers up to Director level

Work at high speed and still deliver quality

Attention to detail

Be proactive

Prioritise and still be flexible

Be professional with good people skills

Ability to work under pressure

Be able to work on multiple projects

High organisation and prioritization skills

Salary R 18 000 including company benefits
