Our Hutech KZN team is looking to expand and requires HR Specialists and Generalists to work with our current team members in delivering a first class Human Resources function to our KZN based clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Labour management and optimization.
  • Analyzing and auditing information.
  • Implementation of and compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Assisting with the co-ordination and scheduling of training and development (Skills Development).
  • Assisting with the compilation of all legal reports/contracts pertaining to SDA/EE/BBBEE.
  • Assuring compliance with all legislation affecting employees.
  • Conducting disciplinary hearings and providing advice regarding discipline.

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in Human Resources.
  • At least 3 years’ related experience covering ER, Staffing, Employment Equity, Training and Development and Labour Management.
  • 2 years’ experience of data analysis and evaluation including building reports.
  • Proven knowledge of payroll systems, HR reporting and T&A.
  • Knowledge of salaries and wages will be advantageous.
  • Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Self-motivation and service delivery orientation.
  • Ability to work without supervision and in a changing environment.
  • Fluency in English and above average communication skills.
