International manufacturing group are looking TALENT MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST for their training & Development within the HR division.
DUTIES:
1. Proficient consultation on talent management, talent assessment, selection processes, learning/training opportunities and talent retentions interventions.
2. Performance management systems
3. HR Planning
4. Administration of succession planning, gap analyses, talent strategies and decisions
5. Monitor the development of key talent
6. Conduct needs analysis to determine employee gaps for development
7. Analysis of trends, development plans and HR survey results
8. Implement HR initiatives
9. Development of the company as a learning organisation that enables the development of talent and creates a high performing culture.
10. Compilation of training material, presentation material, facilitator guides and manuals for programme design.
11. Work closely with head office to implement the company programmes
12. Facilitate and co-ordinate talent retention initiatives

REQUIREMENTS:
a). University degree in Human Resources / Behavioural sciences (essential)
b). 5 + years experience specialising in talent management.
c). Good communication & motivation skills
