Food manufacturing company offering a very senior position with huge potential for growth. This position is based in Saldanha and the candidate would be required to relocate to Saldanha or Langebaan at their own cost!

Key responsibilities:
• Provide strategic training and development leadership
• Deliver efficient and appropriate training service
• Effectively manage training staff
• Leadership

Requirements:
• Qualification in Human Sciences Degree and / or related field
• 5 years’ experience in a similar role managing a Department within the Manufacturing / FMCG industry (no other industries will be accepted)
• Strategic focus
• Superior facilitator / coaching skills
• Registered assessor preferable
• Good understanding of NQF process and relevant legislation
• Equity candidates only
